How does the Endolaser Technique work?
In the treatment of diseased vein valves the affected veins had previously been surgically removed, in order to avoid further sinking of blood in the legs.
It required larger cuts, in particular in the groin and in the ankles region, frequently causing effusions of blood (hematomas) as well as damages of lymphatic vessels and nerves.
By means of laser, such interventions can nowadays be performed without cut.
We use the very gentle 1470nm diode laser with radial 2ring fiber or SLIM fiber.
Owing to our yearslong experience in the practice of ultrasound examinations and ultrasound-controlled puncture techniques, we are in a position to treat even very deep insufficient vein segments without cuts and free of pain.
